The Team
Who We Are

Margarita Cargher
Co-Founder, Lead
Margarita is a mid-market corporate finance professional, who teaches accounting on the side for fun. Besides numbers, she is also passionate about Jewish causes and supporting fellow professionals. Having studied at Chabad-Lubavitch growing up, Margarita always looked for ways to stay close to her faith, participating in various community initiatives and helping plan Jewish Young Professional events.
Being career-driven, Margarita has always wanted to meet like-minded professionals to share ideas, discuss topical issues, and socialize. After realizing that there aren’t a lot of GTA-based groups that celebrate female Jewish professionals, she decided it was time to make a change – and that’s how JPWT was born.
In her spare time, she likes to play chess, practice her boxing skills, and read books on business history.
